Tablets, capsules, or granular materials fall by gravity from the topΦ30mm feed port through the 316 stainless steel detection probe. Ultra-high working frequency electromagnetic induction detects both magnetic(Fe ≥0.2mm) and non-magnetic(SS ≥0.3mm) metals. When metal is detected, the rejection system discharges the contaminated segment within 0.3–5 seconds(adjustable). One-key self-learning automatically sets product parameters after a single pass.
