Products travel left-to-right on a food-grade PU conveyor belt(speed 25–40 m/min adjustable) through the detection channel(200mm wide × 300mm high). The US-imported INBOARD electromagnetic probe detects ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants; detected signal strength is displayed in real time. When metal is detected, an audible/visual alarm triggers and the push-arm pneumatic ejector automatically diverts the contaminated item into the collection bin. One-key self-learning automatically sets product parameters.
