مبدأ العمل
Film is fed from the roll through a colour-mark sensor positioning system and a film-travel damping mechanism(for tension stability) into a collar-type forming station producing the bag tube, with bag length controlled by an independent servo motor via PLC. Material is vacuum-loaded and dispensed by a measuring-cup dosing system into 5 bag tubes. Longitudinal and cross-sealing dies perform three-side sealing(automatic temperature control ±3°C). Cutting tools(toothed blade) separate individual sachets. Control system: Siemens PLC + touchscreen, Panasonic servo, Omron photoelectric sensors, Schneider electrical, AirTAC pneumatics.
