SED-980-5KDB-K is a 5-lane four-side seal granule packing machine with adjustable lane count and bag width (large adjustments require changing the dosing system). It uses independent servo-driven reciprocating push-pull
مبدأ العمل
Composite film is fed via an automatic edge-tracking unwinding mechanism through a forming station producing five four-side-seal bag tubes. Material is loaded by an independent servo-driven reciprocating push-pull device into cylindrical measuring cups(high-precision mirror-finished cup plates + mirror-finished inner-bore cups), each lane independently adjustable. Material drops from cups and is sealed by cross-sealers + longitudinal sealers(temperature deviation ≤±1°C). A die-cutting tool with automatic guiding cuts the finished sachets. Control system: Siemens PLC + touchscreen, Mitsubishi servo, Omron photoelectric sensors, Schneider electrical, AirTAC pneumatics.
