Bag-on-valve two-compartment process: compressed air/N2 is charged into can, valve with bag is sealed, formulation fills the bag. Compressed air drives bag to expel product. Forced filling head plus sealing cylinder mounted on shared workbench. PLC controls dual pneumatic-controlled directional valves.
