Each of the 6 lanes fills materials simultaneously. Composite film is unwound, formed into a back-seal(center-seal) sachet configuration under temperature-controlled jaws, and cut. Servo film-pull(Panasonic) ensures accuracy via color-mark fiber sensors(Baideli/KS).
