Twelve vibration-disc counting feeders simultaneously count and dispense each of the 12 different capsules/tablets per dose. Counted doses drop into 4 parallel VFFS forming tubes where composite film(max 900mm wide) is unwound, folded, and three-side sealed(top + two sides) under temperature-controlled jaws. Servo film-pull(Panasonic) advances the film. Horizontal seal and cut creates individual pillow packs(75×90mm). Color-mark fiber sensors track print registration for accurate cut alignment.
