SED-8ZXX1-G is a 3-station automatic case-pack line (open–pack–seal) with side-push case packer (≤5 cases/min, design max 500 cph), bundled with the SED-12KX-G case erector (1–6 cases/min) and SED-300FX-G top case sealer
مبدأ العمل
Cartoned products from the upstream cartoner enter the auto stacker. Photoelectric sensors verify carton presence and stack height. The SED-12KX-G erector pulls flat cardboard from the magazine, folds the bottom flaps, and tapes the bottom seam — feeding open cases to the side-push station. A stainless-steel ram driven by AirTAC pneumatic cylinders pushes the stacked cartons laterally into each case. Filled cases proceed to SED-300FX-G top sealer, where flaps are folded and tape-sealed. Roller conveyor links connect all stations.
