Bottles are conveyed along the 2 m conveyor into the 8-station filling zone. A photoelectric sensor and fiber-optic probe detect bottle position. Servo gear pumps draw liquid from the 100 L hopper via a 1.5 m suction line and dispense precise volumes based on a time-controlled setting(accuracy 0.5–1%). Pneumatic cylinders raise/clamp bottles during filling. Siemens PLC + touchscreen provides unified control with a minimum cycle interval of 0.2 s.
