مبدأ العمل
Petri dishes are placed on the infeed track where auto-unloading and orientation modules(with pressing-mechanism) align them. Eight peristaltic pumps draw medium from a feed tank; the 8 nozzles descend synchronously into each dish and stay at the dish center during fill(synchronized follow-down) to prevent overflow. Filled dishes pass through an in-line shaker to break bubbles, then a natural-cooling segment under 2-3(or all) FFU clean-air units. Dishes are re-oriented, capped by the auto cap-pick mechanism, laser-coded on the bottom, and auto-collected.
