مبدأ العمل
Two cylindrical drums of unequal length are joined to form a V-shape. The reducer drives the cylinder rotation; as the drum rotates, material moves from decomposition to combination and back, generating both transverse and radial flows. About 25% of material transfers between cylinders per rotation, achieving uniform mixing without mechanical extrusion or strong friction(preserving particle integrity).

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces with clean wet towel; wipe inside drum with wet towel to remove dust and dirt; wipe hopper with clean towel then again with 75% industrial alcohol(sterilization). Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; wipe hopper with towel then 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: remove rotating drum, clean out all residual powder, reinstall. If out of service for an extended period, wipe all surfaces, coat parts with rust-proof oil, and cover with cloth.
