SED-8SQJ-P — Automatic Plastic Cup Forming Filling Sealing Machine

PET sheet is fed through a stainless-steel chain conveyor to upper/lower magnesium-aluminum preheating plates(non-stick coated 7075 aviation aluminum). The heated sheet is then thermoformed into 8 cup cavities per cycle at ≥0.7 MPa forming pressure with cooling water. A liquid-level-controlled balance tank feeds piston-metering valves that fill the cups. Top film is fed via electronic-clutch unwinder with color-mark sensor, heat-sealed, then cold-sealed. A servo-driven punch-and-shear station separates the strip into individual cups. UV sterilization inside the transparent shroud disinfects the sealing film during operation.
