SED-8S-L — 8-Up Automatic Plastic Cup Forming Filling Sealing Machine

PET sheet is fed through a stainless-steel chain conveyor to upper/lower magnesium-aluminum preheating plates(non-stick coated 7075 aluminum). Heated sheet then enters the forming station where a punch and pneumatic die cavity thermoform 8 cups per cycle(≥0.7 MPa forming pressure with cooling water). A liquid-level-controlled balance tank feeds piston-metering valves that fill the cups(front/rear pneumatic open-close valve). Top film is fed via electronic-clutch unwinder with color-mark sensor, heat-sealed, then cold-sealed. A servo punch-and-shear station separates the strip into individual cups. UV sterilization inside the transparent shroud disinfects the seal film during operation.
