SED-8RCDY-B — Eight-Cup Dissolution Tester

Tablets or capsules are placed in eight individually heated dissolution cups submerged in a thermostatically controlled water bath(room temperature to 45°C, ±0.3°C). Either rotating baskets or paddle rods(per pharmacopoeia method) are lowered into the cups and rotated at a set speed(20–200 rpm, ±2 rpm). The water bath is circulated by a magnetic pump for uniform heat distribution. A multi-point timer(up to 9 time points, 1–999 min each) controls the test sequence; automatic alarm and diagnosis are built in.
