Plate-type aluminium-plastic blister packing. The medicinal PVC sheet enters the heating box for softening(~115 °C), then is blown into bubble cavities by compressed air(positive pressure) inside the forming mould. Capsules/tablets are filled into the bubbles via the general feeder(fill rate >99.5%). Aluminium foil(PTP) is unrolled and conveyed to the heat-sealing mould; PVC and PTP are heat-sealed. Batch number is printed and a tear line is perforated. Finally the blanking station cuts the blister into individual packs. The whole sequence is driven by a speed-reducer + cam mechanism, controlled by a single-board controller with frequency-converted main motor.

التنظيف والصيانة

Wipe surfaces with soft cloth and mild soapy water/detergent before starting. Add 30# lubricating oil to the four-station cam box before first use(machine ships dry). Lubricate gears, shafts, bushings and cams once per shift; lubricate the worm-gear reducer with 30# sodium-based molybdenum disulfide grease at the manufacturer's intervals.
