Continuous inkjet(CIJ) printing: pigment-based ink is pressurized via a precision gear pump and jetted from the nozzle as a continuous stream. A piezoelectric crystal oscillator vibrates the stream lengthwise to break it into uniform ink droplets. Each droplet is charged by a charging electrode based on the print pattern; the microprocessor monitors via the detecting electrode. Charged droplets deflect through a high-voltage deflector plate to land at the desired pixel on the substrate; uncharged droplets return to the gutter for re-circulation. White pigment ink delivers high-contrast marks on dark surfaces. Mixer tank meters ink + diluent to maintain target viscosity(50-120). Auto-regulation of gear-pump pressure, modulation voltage and phase-detection voltage; gutter and EHT sensors trigger immediate stop on fault.

Three stop modes: Quick Stop(~30 s, no cleaning), Normal Stop(~3 min, with nozzle cleaning - everyday use), Special Stop(~5 min, repeated cleaning - long downtime).
