Continuous inkjet(CIJ) small-character technology: high pressure causes a continuous stream of charged ink droplets to be ejected; deflection electrodes deflect the droplets onto the product surface to form characters; unused droplets are recovered and recirculated. Printhead temperature stabilization and ink-return detection ensure stable print quality.
