Reel-mounted shrink-sleeve film unwinds via a single supply tray; tension is regulated by an inverter, photoelectric sensor, and mechanical buffer. The film is opened over a forming mandrel; servo-driven knives cut sleeves to length(positioning ±1 mm via synchronization mechanism). A sleeve is then dropped(brush-down) onto each bottle gripped between the bottle-holding belts. The labelled bottle exits to a steam shrink tunnel that activates the heat-shrink film.
