مبدأ العمل
Granular material is conveyed up by a Z-bucket elevator(food-grade plastic buckets) to the 4-head electronic weigher. Storage hopper feeds via vibration onto load-cell hopper-buckets; on hitting target weight(1 kg +/-1-5 g), buckets release into the bag-forming machine. Reel-film unwinds and is folded into a tube on the forming collar; servo electric cylinder pulls bag length per eye-mark or fixed length; vertical/horizontal heaters seal; vacuum nozzle evacuates the bag inside the hexahedron mould; final seal and bag-cut produce a brick-shape vacuum pack.
