Capsules dump from hopper into magazine; gravity-feed orients un-oriented capsules. Sorting block aligns body-down. Vacuum on the lower turntable disk holds the body while the upper holds the cap. The body station fills powder/pellet using selectable dosing disks. A pin checks separation: un-separated/bad caps are knocked out and vacuum-rejected. Two halves rejoin; finished capsule is ejected to a chute; air blast cleans the station for the next cycle.
