Reel film unwinds, slits into 4 lanes; vertical seal jaws form back seams on each lane; multi-head dosing pipes fill each lane simultaneously; pneumatic vertical seal-and-cut station with PLC-controlled blade retract finishes the bottom seam and separates the bag; trim recovery system trims excess seal edges. Photoelectric sensors track eye-mark for accurate cut.
