A rotating dual-suction head(SCHMALZ EVE-40 vacuum pump) lifts boxes one-by-one from the magazine and places them on the carrier chain. The integrated F16 leaflet folder folds package inserts(60–70 g/m2, 100×100 to 260×180 mm). Products are pushed into the carton by a pusher; batch number is printed by roller. Siemens PLC with angle encoder(Omron E6B2-CWZ6C) synchronizes all stations. Abnormal conditions trigger automatic stop and fault display. Mitsubishi servo drive(MR-JE-40A) provides precision motion for selected axes. SMC solenoid valves and vacuum solenoid valves control pneumatics; SICK GTE6-N1211 photoelectric and IME12-04BNSZC0K proximity sensors monitor each station.
