SED-80WZH-W — Horizontal Automatic Cartoner

Three coordinated systems handle packing: product transport, carton transport and pusher drive. The vacuum-pump-assisted high-precision compound vacuum cup grips two adjacent faces of a carton in the magazine and opens it to~110°, then drops it into the carriage where it springs back to 90° and is fixed(magazine capacity~600 cartons). Photo sensors verify product height, magazine level, carton formation and pusher engagement. A cam-driven pusher inserts the product; tucked or hot-melt-glue closure follows. A steel-letter or inkjet coder prints batch number on the cap. Auto reject ejects empty or no-leaflet cartons. Variable-frequency drive plus encoder-based positioning replace traditional proximity switches for higher accuracy.
