مبدأ العمل
Products from the upstream blister machine enter the infeed conveyor and pass through an auto orientation/lining-up unit before being loaded into the cartoner tank chain. A photo-eye verifies product presence: with product, the carton is sucked open from the magazine; without product, no carton is taken(saves carton stock). Servo/stepper-driven pushers feed the product into the open carton; tuck or hot-melt glue(optional) closes both end flaps; a steel-letter coder prints batch number and date. Goods-not-in-place stop and main motor overload protection ensure safe operation. The HMI displays running speed and carton count.
