SED-80WZH-A — Automatic Horizontal Intermittent Motion Cartoner

Cartons are loaded into the magazine; a vacuum pick-off head with two arms and erection-control sensor draws and erects each carton flat onto the transport belt. Products(blisters, sachets, bottles, vials) are introduced through a 1.5 m manual or auto infeed conveyor, monitored by photo sensors. A leaflet folding device(optional, GUK technology, made in China) folds and inserts the leaflet. The geared drive with torque limiter pushes the product into the open carton; tuck or hot-melt glue(Meler, optional) closes both end flaps. Missing-product and missing-leaflet sensors trigger automatic reject; embossing printer applies batch/expiry; finished cartons exit on the discharge conveyor.
