SED-80SC-D — CNC Hydraulic Fast Punch Press

Three-phase 380V Y-Δ start drives a YCY14-1B axial piston pump(constant-power) that supplies oil to the main piston cylinder. A filling valve at the top of the main cylinder lets the slider fall rapidly under gravity(rapid descent 220 m/s). The Q235-welded body and rectangular-guide slider with T-slots holds the die. Two-way cartridge integrated control valves manage pressure regulation, direction, holding, unloading and overpressure protection. A two-stage anti-drop device and bypass safety valve prevent slider drop at any stop position. Working speed 8 m/s; return speed 160 m/s.
