SED-80RTJX-A — Automatic Gummy Production Line

A gelatin/gummy depositing machine developed using advanced production processes and refined over several years to significantly improve performance, increase automation and extend service life. Sugar syrup is melted and cooked in a 100L cooking kettle(with high-shear and scraper agitators), then transferred via a Durrex rotary pump to a 100L storage tank for temperature stabilization. In-line color, flavor and acid dosing is performed by a dynamic mixer before the single-hopper depositor fills the syrup into 160-piece quick-change aluminum molds(with Teflon coating) traveling on a stainless Donghua chain conveyor. Filled molds pass through a 5HP cooling tunnel for setting, then proceed to the demolding station.
