Heated PVC sheet is formed into blister cavities by upper and lower heated forming plates. Liquid(oral solution, syrup, soft candy mass) is dosed by plunger-type metering pump heads(ceramic or piston) into each cavity at ±0.5% precision. Aluminum foil or dialysis paper is heat-sealed over the blisters; embossing, perforation/tear-line, die-cut, and finished discharge follow. Siemens PLC manages timing, dose volume and temperature. Photoelectric control system ensures synchronous stability across all stations.
