مبدأ العمل
The motor drives the bottle sorting disc via gear transmission. Bottles in the hopper are carried upward through semicircular grooves on the rotating disc. As they pass through the flip-plate mechanism,any bottle with its mouth facing down or bottom facing up is automatically righted,completing the unscrambling process. The hidden drive mechanism prevents contamination of product-contact surfaces. Two continuously variable-speed motors allow independent adjustment of disc rotation speed and bottle-feed speed.

Before production: wipe machine outer surfaces with a clean damp cloth; open the cover and wipe interior; clean inside and outside of hopper with a clean cloth followed by 75% industrial alcohol. After each shift: wipe entire machine and bottle-feed track exterior with a clean dry cloth. Clean photoelectric sensor window with a dry cloth only.
