SED-80FJTM-Z Colloid Mill with 80 mm grinding disc and 2880 rpm spindle speed. Motor 3 kW, 380 V, 3-phase. Throughput 0.3–1 t/h; emulsifying fineness ≥2 μm. Hopper capacity 6.5 L; grinding gap adjustable 0.01–3 mm. Inlet
مبدأ العمل
The motor drives the SUS304 rotor disc at 2880 rpm. The rotor spins against a fixed stator disc with an adjustable gap of 0.01–3 mm. Material enters through the Ø50 mm inlet into the grinding chamber where intense shearing, friction and high-frequency vibration between the rotor and stator emulsify, grind and homogenise the material to ≥2μm fineness before it exits through the Ø25 mm outlet. Tungsten carbide mechanical seals prevent leakage; a Ø10 mm cooling water pipe cools the seal area.
