مبدأ العمل
The double-cone mixer consists of two inverted-cone barrels forming a V or double-cone structure. Material is placed in the drum; the motor drives the entire drum to rotate about a horizontal axis via the reducer. Under gravity and tumbling action, material alternately passes between the two cones and cross-mixes, achieving uniform blending. A peristaltic pump + spray nozzle can spray liquid binders or wetting agents during mixing for wet blending.
