SED-800SZ-A High Speed Mixer Granulator with integrated mill — combines wet mixing and granulation into a single procedure. 800L container volume, 250-300 kg/batch capacity, 37kW main mixing motor (2-120 rpm), 18.5kW cut
مبدأ العمل
Wet mixing and granulation principle:(1) Powder material is loaded into the granulator vessel.(2) Dry mixing by the bottom rotary stirring paddle.(3) Binder(water/ethanol/PVP solution) is added; the paddle continues mixing to uniformly distribute the binder, forming a wet mass.(4) The high-speed side-mounted cutter(100-2900 rpm) breaks the wet mass into uniform wet granules. The integrated granulator mill then passes the wet granules throughΦ2.5-6mm sieves at 0-3800 rpm for final particle sizing(20-80 mesh).
