High-speed top homogenizer(0–2,900 r/min VFD) shears and disperses materials to a high degree of emulsification. Dual-direction frame agitator with PTFE split scrapers adhering to tank wall and bottom ensures complete mixing with no dead zones. Steam jacket heating and vacuum mixing. Main tank draws material from water-phase and oil-phase tanks via vacuum suction. Tank working pressure: –0.090 MPa to 0.3 MPa; jacket working pressure: 0.2 MPa.
