مبدأ العمل
Tablets are loaded into the 800 mm coating drum which rotates clockwise(0–32 r/min, frequency-converter speed regulation). A fixed deflector plate forces the tablets onto a complex tumbling trajectory, repeatedly passing the spray zone. An RA-C1 high-atomization spray gun, fed by a coating-liquid cylinder and compressed air(4–6 kg/cm²), sprays an even film of atomized coating solution onto the tablets. A controllable hot-air system(internal heater 2 kW + external heater 2 kW, total 4 kW heating power; draft fan 200 W) introduces warmed air at room temperature to 80°C into the drum, rapidly evaporating the solvent so the tablets dry into a solid, smooth, complete film. Drum tilt is adjustable 15–45°(typical 30°) to control tablet motion.

Pre-production: wipe outer and inner surfaces with clean damp cloth; wipe coating drum with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth and sanitize the drum with 75% industrial alcohol. Flush spray gun, liquid cylinder, and pipes with distilled water or ethanol after every batch; rinse spray gun under pressure after each shift to prevent clogging. Replace speed-reducer lubricant and bearing grease at least every 6 months.
