Bottles enter via stainless-steel turntable infeed. Eight 316L stainless-steel pumps draw liquid through 316L one-way valves and dispense via servo-lifted 316L stainless-steel filling needles — servo-driven needle lift prevents foaming and post-fill drip. Eight bottles fill simultaneously. Dual-head servo capper picks caps from a manually-elevated cap sorter and threads them onto bottles. Siemens HMI sets per-pump fill volume; three-level password protection enforces operator hierarchy. Oil-free indexer drive uses imported-material gears for vibration-free, maintenance-free operation. Tempered-glass safety doors enclose the work area; emergency stop, buzzer alarm and inching remote-control are provided for safety and commissioning.

التنظيف والصيانة

316L pump O-rings require periodic replacement(or upgrade to ceramic pumps to eliminate wear parts). Stainless steel exterior wipes down easily. Filling needles should be cleaned between batches.
