SED-8-2-2XGS1-F — Vial Liquid Filling, Plug-Inserting and Capping Machine

Empty vials are manually loaded onto the conveyor from the unscrambler; PLC senses bottle presence and triggers 8 peristaltic pump heads(Baoding brand) to dispense liquid(±2% accuracy, no-bottle-no-fill). Filled vials index via WPA60 reducer + Baofuli geared motor to a vibratory-bowl plug feeder that vacuum-places inner stoppers(2 heads), then to a second vibratory bowl that drops aluminum caps onto bottles, which are crimped by 3-knife capping heads(2 heads). Speed and stop logic are governed by Riye VFD-driven conveyor; Schneider main control + Siemens PLC and HMI.
