Bottles enter on the conveyor and are guided into a 12-segment nylon-1010 dial wheel by an 80HH-12 indexer. At the filling station, six in-line piston metering pumps draw and dispense product through 12 mm silicone hoses(±0.5-1% accuracy, ±1% on piston pumps); ceramic pumps are available as upgrade for chemically aggressive products. Electromagnetic-vibration cap-orienting bowls(220V 1.2 kW coils) feed caps to the cap-on station. Bottles index to either screw-cap(rotary 90YYJT90 motor + custom screw-cap head) or roll-cap heads depending on configuration. SIEMENS PLC + touch screen sequences all motions.
