مبدأ العمل
Cans travel on a POM conveyor belt to the capping station; a coordinated lid feeder places a cap only when a can is detected. The capped can rises into the seal head; vacuum is drawn and nitrogen flushed(residual O2 <=3%). The seaming roller(Cr12 mold steel) and pressure head close the lid against the can flange in a curl-and-tighten cycle, producing a hermetic seam. SIEMENS PLC sequences the cycle; Autonics photoelectric sensors verify can presence at each stage.
