Bottles are collected and sorted by a turntable sorting device. The conveyor transfers bottles to the designated position, where the bottle-inverting device automatically inverts them onto the cartoner's conveyor. The cartoner then automatically opens cartons(via vacuum suction cups), pushes bottles into cartons, seals both end flaps, and outputs the finished product. A photoelectric eye automatically detects product presence: no product means no carton is picked up, saving packaging material.
