SED-75RGN-X — Semi-Automatic Strip Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

The six-station indexer advances the strip-connected tubes precisely to each station. Five-head precision ceramic pumps simultaneously fill multiple tubes in each row, with filling volume metered at 0.2–3 ml per pump revolution. The stepper motor adjusts the filling head height according to product dimensions. The 20 kHz digital auto-tracking ultrasonic sealing unit seals the tube tails. The robotic arm automatically removes finished products.
