Continuous roll-fed thermoforming-fill-seal: lower rigid sheet(PS/PET/PVC) is unwound, heated by electric heaters until pliable, formed into cups by pneumatic upper/lower mold halves, indexed to the filling station where the depositor doses product, sealed by upper aluminum-foil or plastic-film roll under heat and pressure, date-printed, cut from the web by a die, and the finished cups are conveyed out while skeletal scrap is wound off.
