مبدأ العمل
Operator opens the quick-clamp lid, loads material from upstream(mixing/granulation/drying). Lid is closed with food-grade silicone gasket and clamp for dust-free, GMP-compliant transfer. Trolley is wheeled(2 fixed + 2 swivel polyurethane casters) to the next process station. The 60° cone bottom funnels material to the quick-clamp butterfly valve; opening the valve discharges into the next vessel. Mirror-polished interior(Ra ≤ 0.2µm) and radius-blended welds prevent residue.
