SED-70STZJ-B — Medical Glove Inner-Liner Paper Packaging Machine

Paper roll is unwound and tensioned. The web passes through a printer(date/lot code), then auxiliary discharge stations where the inner glove liner is laid in. Edge-fold formers crease the paper around the liner; a straddle(cross) cutter divides the continuous web into individual packages; a folding station completes the final fold to close the pack. The system is fully servo/VFD-driven for precise registration and consistent pack dimensions.
