Twin-screw compression + permanent-magnet variable-frequency drive: the permanent-magnet synchronous motor directly drives a pair of meshing twin screws to progressively compress air from the inlet to the discharge port. The inverter adjusts motor speed based on system pressure to maintain constant-pressure output. An oil-gas separation tank and wound oil separator reduce oil content; an air-cooled heat exchanger reduces discharge air temperature.
