مبدأ العمل
Oil-free scroll compression: a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll mesh together; the motor drives the orbiting scroll in a planar circular motion, progressively compressing inlet air to the discharge port — no lubricating oil, zero oil content in the discharge. Two compressor modules are controlled in sequence to match actual air demand. Optional configuration replaces this with a water-lubricated oil-free screw: water injection forms a water-film for lubrication, sealing, and cooling.
