Bottles enter via conveyor and are positioned by a bottle-mouth locating mechanism. The 6 gravity-flow filling valves descend simultaneously to the bottle mouths and open for a preset time under constant liquid-column pressure, filling the bottles. Valves close and bottles index to the next station for cap screwing and labelling. PLC touch-screen controls the fill-time parameters to achieve the target fill volume. VFD adjusts conveyor speed.
