مبدأ العمل
Cans travel on the conveyor into the sealing station. The can-lid interlock system dispenses a lid when a can is detected. The sealing chamber is closed, vacuum is applied first to extract air, then nitrogen is flushed in to displace residual oxygen below 3%. Finally, the Cr12 die-steel sealing wheels complete a double-seam crimp closure. The sealed can is discharged.
