SED-6BS1 — Semi-Automatic Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counting Machine

The operator manually places an empty bottle on the bottling position. A bottle photoelectric sensor(SICK, Germany) detects the bottle — no bottle, no counting. Drug granules in the hopper are vibrated down by two-stage electromagnetic vibratory plates into the medicine storage bin. A 6-channel anti-dust photoelectric counting sensor quantitatively counts the granules. When the preset count is reached, the flap mechanism discharges the counted product into the bottle. The operator removes the full bottle and places the next empty bottle to restart the cycle.
