مبدأ العمل
Ampoules are fed and grouped in sets of 6 by the stepping transport system. At the pre-N₂ station, nitrogen displaces air in each bottle. The fill station doses the set volume. At the post-N₂ station, nitrogen displaces air above the liquid surface. The preheat station heats the neck with an oxyhydrogen flame. The wire-drawing seal station completes the seal. Cast-steel transmission cam(2-year wear warranty; free replacement if worn).
