Ampoules are fed via silicone-rubber inlet. A heat-treated quality carbon steel grooved cam(CNC-machined ductile iron) steps bottles through stations at constant speed. A piston metering pump or peristaltic pump(6 units) doses each ampoule to the set volume. PLC + touch screen controls liquid flow,pressure and sealing time. Coal gas or LPG mixed with oxygen via custom mixer is ignited; after neck preheat,the wire-drawing mechanism seals the ampoule. Mechanical no-bottle-no-fill avoids missed fills. Flame-arrestor prevents flashback.
